Being a person who lives her life multi-tasking but better at starting the projects than finishing them, I have founded and still try to run several small businesses, Sidelines equestrian magazine, The Barn Book horse directories, the equestrian development Hatchaway Bridge Farms, serve on a couple boards and committees and help run a couple riding clubs, that is in addition to owning a few rentals and several horses and dogs.
For years EVERYONE told me I needed a personal assistant, but I just couldn’t figure out how I could get all those little things stored in my brain imparted to someone else. It took a couple years of floundering around trying to find the right person. That particular someone who was intuitive enough to understand my crazy way of thinking and yet organized enough to put it into action was not easy to find. After my 6th disastrous attempt at just the right PA and along came Pegi.
Pegi is really wonderful; she understands even when I don’t. I tell her what I need and she does it. Heck, most of the time she tells me what I need or just does it. I have an idea and she understands and can go with it. She is responsible and trustworthy and (unlike me) completes tasks. Using Pegi’s M.O.M. service has also been more cost effective as she stays focused and can accomplish more in less hours.Heather Sargent | Heather Sargent Photography, LLC | Aiken, SC
I've worked with Mobile Office Management, llc (M.O.M) for nearly a year now and am actually looking forward to providing my Quickbooks information to my accountant - for once I feel confident that we have the information and in the right format to make this process much more efficient than in past years. M.O.M. has my best interest in mind; she calls to remind me about tax payments. She works with me to develop ways to be more efficient in my office functions - in ways that work for me. She offers options – and researches the information for me – to make it easier for me to make decisions on my business. I can trust her to come in, do what needs to be done and free me to do what I do best - photography.

I found myself in a chaotic situation and desperately needed help. Mobile Office Management, llc (M.O.M) was referred to me and I knew this was the right person when she didn’t panic at how ‘out of control’ things were and she actually enjoyed the challenge of helping me get it organized and functioning again. She holds me accountable to provide the information she needs to issue invoices and she works with my accountant to make sure bills are paid on time and taxes are handled promptly. She helps me make decisions regarding cash flow and profitability by acting as a ‘sounding board’ and an experienced business person. M.O.M. takes the little details off me to focus on the major parts of my business…she can do the ‘office things’ in a fraction of the time it takes me and she does it promptly (I put it off because it isn’t something I enjoy doing).
